How the free trial works
Your Kontent Scope membership starts with a 1-week free trial. During the trial you get full access to every curated service, so you can explore the platform before paying anything. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
What happens after the trial
When your free week ends, your subscription automatically continues at €7.99 per week. The subscription renews every week via PayPal until you cancel, so your access carries on without interruption. There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitment.
How billing works
All payments are handled by PayPal, a trusted third-party payment provider. No card or bank details are entered on our website. When you start your trial, you authorise a recurring weekly payment through your PayPal account, which is then charged automatically once the trial ends and each week thereafter until cancelled.
How to cancel
You are always in control and can cancel at any time. Because billing runs through PayPal, you cancel the recurring payment directly in your PayPal account:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to Settings, then open Payments (automatic payments).
- Select Manage automatic payments to view your recurring payments.
- Find the automatic payment to Kontent Scope in the list.
- Select it and choose Cancel to stop future payments.
Once cancelled, you will not be charged again, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you need help, contact us at contact@kontentscope-entertainment.com.
Refunds
If you cancel during the free trial, no payment is taken. After a payment has been made, your access continues until the end of that paid week, so cancelling stops the next charge rather than refunding the current period. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team and we will look into it promptly.
