These terms govern your access to and use of Kontent Scope. Please read them carefully before subscribing. By using our service you agree to be bound by them.

1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Kontent Scope, Company Registration 15654895 (United Kingdom). By accessing our website, starting a free trial or subscribing, you confirm that you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
Kontent Scope is available only to individuals aged 18 and over. By using the service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. Description of the service
Kontent Scope is a digital curation platform that scouts and provides members with access to a curated ecosystem of premium third-party digital services, such as nutrition, shopping deals and sports news tools.
Kontent Scope curates and provides access to these services but does not operate the underlying services, which are provided by third parties. We are not affiliated with the external retailers or brands whose products may appear within the offers or services, and their availability may change over time.
4. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
5. Subscription and payment
Your membership begins with a 1-week free trial. After the trial, your subscription costs €7.99 per week, billed via PayPal. The subscription auto-renews every week until you cancel.
Payment is handled by PayPal as an independent third-party provider. No card or bank details are entered on our website. By subscribing, you authorise the recurring weekly payment to continue until you cancel it. Prices are stated in euros and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel at any time by cancelling the recurring payment through your PayPal account. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling during the free trial prevents any charge, provided it is done before the trial ends.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. However, because Kontent Scope provides digital content and immediate access to services, by starting your trial and requesting immediate access you acknowledge that this cancellation right may be lost or reduced once the service has been supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you must not:
- use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of third parties;
- copy, resell or redistribute the service or its content without permission; or
- interfere with the proper operation, security or integrity of the platform.
8. Intellectual property
All content, branding, design and materials provided by Kontent Scope are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose. Content belonging to third-party service providers remains the property of those providers.
9. Third-party services and disclaimer
The curated services accessible through Kontent Scope are provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, availability or performance of these third-party services. Kontent Scope is not affiliated with the external retailers whose products may appear in the offers section.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kontent Scope is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
